About a month ago, from March 23 to April 1, our Ukrainian team had the opportunity to participate in the Partnership Activity “From Rural to Plural 3.0” in Romania. The girls gained many new experiences and are ready to share them with you!

Anastasiia Varaksa:
“For me, this exchange was a truly valuable and inspiring experience. The most I gained was the opportunity to communicate with other youth workers, exchange ideas, experiences and personal cases, as well as make new acquaintances and network. The information sessions were easy and interesting, literally in one breath, which made the learning process even more enjoyable. Especially important was the teamwork and discussion of the developed materials, where everyone could share their vision.

I think youth workers should try such exchanges, because here you can see many different approaches to work. It is an opportunity to adopt new ideas or inspire others with your own experience.Sometimes you realize that you can try to do something differently, and sometimes you realize that your approaches are already valuable to others. Overall, this exchange is definitely worth being a part of such events.”

Kseniia Lytvyshko:

“If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s worth joining international projects — this is your sign: just do it. I want to share my experience from the Erasmus+ event “From Rural to Plural 3.0” in Romania, where participants from 13 countries came together. It showed me how young people in rural communities can truly become a power of change and grow without having to leave their home communities.

It wasn’t just about learning — it was about the people and the atmosphere: laughter, dynamic activities, teamwork, intercultural evenings, unforgettable moments and mind-opening conversations. We talked about the challenges rural youth face, shared youth work practices and worked on a common vision for future priorities and support for the youth ecosystem.

For me, it was especially meaningful to see the potential of rural areas — strong communities, local identity and connections between generations that can really make a difference when young people are supported and heard.

This experience gave me a fresh view on my work, along with new ideas and partnerships. If you’re thinking about joining something like this — it’s 100% worth it.”

Kseniia Kos:

“From 23.03 to 01.04 I took part in a Partnership Activity in Romania 🇷🇴

It was an incredibly busy period — new connections, ideas, and a lot of valuable information.

The most important thing for me is the people and the opportunities that come with them. For example, I now have contacts with youth councils from Finland and Moldova, with whom I can exchange experiences and develop cooperation 🤝

I sincerely recommend youth workers to take part in such projects. It is not just a trip — it is:
— new knowledge and ideas
— English practice
— international networking
— confidence in yourself and your abilities

And honestly, it is one of the fastest ways to grow both professionally and personally 💛”
