My name is Katarzyna, I’m from Poland, from a little town in Lower Silesia region. I finished Russian Philology (Russian language from basic level) at University of Lodz.
I enjoy learning different languages, the most – Russian, but I’d like to speak Ukrainian language too. I’ve got interested in it when I started to listen music from Ukrainian folk group DakhaBrakha and rock group Okean Elzy. I haven’t ever been to Ukraine eastern Europe before, but already for a long time I wanted to go there. These territories seems interesting to me, possibly because my grandmother comes from former Belarus – contemporary Poland. She had been often speaking Russian or Belorussian at home and thanks to her, in my family obtained some elements of Eastern European culture, tradition and mentality.
I’m interested in photography, in my free time I like to read books and watch films, I’ve started playing some table games and I liked it, too. I listen to a lot of music, especially rock. I also like travelling.
My dreams is to travel through Russia and USA and take amazing photos there. In life, for me it is important to self-develop continuously. I’d like to work as a translator.
